S2 Fitness Studio ("S2," "we," "us") runs a fitness studio in Round Rock, Texas. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the S2 Fitness Studio mobile app, our website, and our studio, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number, birthday, and emergency contact, if you give them to us.
- Booking and membership data: classes you book, attend, or cancel, your memberships and class packs, and waivers you sign.
- Payment information: card details are entered into and stored by our payment processor. S2 does not store full card numbers.
- Device and usage data: basic app and device information (such as device type, operating system, app version, and crash logs) and, if you allow it, a push notification token.
The app does not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or health data.
How we use it
- To create and manage your account, bookings, and memberships.
- To process payments and send receipts.
- To send class reminders, waitlist updates, and studio news. You can turn off marketing messages at any time.
- To keep the app working, fix problems, and keep accounts secure.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the studio, and only as needed to provide their service:
- Our booking and app platform provider (Mariana Tek), which hosts your account and booking data.
- Payment processors, to charge and refund payments.
- Email and text message providers, to send you messages.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our clients, staff, or studio.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed for bookkeeping, tax, and legal reasons. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
- You can view and update your profile in the app.
- You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and data. Email hello@s2fitnessstudio.com with the subject "Delete my account." We will reply within 30 days.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any email, and turn off push notifications in your phone settings.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private.
Children
The app is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
